My name is Carlos Rizo. I am an e-patient, a physician, a former research fellow from the Centre for Global eHealth Innovation, a PhD Candidate in eHealth Innovation and information management at the University of Toronto, and a Patient Navigator.
I am also the owner of eHealth in Motion, a Toronto based start-up consultancy firm specializing in eHealth, Health n+1, and the future of health care, with a very strong patient focus.
